I met Brigitte a little over a year ago. I worked out pretty hard, but never got the results I was hoping for. She asked me what do I eat? It was always hard for me to be motivated to go to exercise or go to the gym. Having the accountability of meeting with Brigitte gives me the incentive to keep going back. She is so encouraging and keeps me excited to exercise. I am already feeling better and have more energy!
